Here are simple steps to create this irresistible snack for your next celebration

Ingredients:
1 pound roasted unsalted cashews
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons minced rosemary leaves
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons light brown sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt, or to taste
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Line sheet pan with parchment and spread unsalted cashews evenly, place them in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes until warm.
3. While warming your cashews combine melted butter, minced rosemary leaves, cayenne pepper, light brown sugar, and kosher salt in a large mixing bowl.
4. Add the warm cashews and dried cranberries to the bowl containing the flavorful mixture, toss and coat. Add finishing salt to taste.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Conclusion: Whether you’re hosting a holiday party or enjoying a cozy night in, these Rosemary Cashews are a must-try. Try pairing with a buttery Chardonnay to complement the richness of the cashews, the wine’s subtle sweetness and acidity will enhance the flavors.
